After getting up in the morning, drink two glasses of fresh (vitalized) water. Thus, the fluid loss of the night is compensated.
Drink a glass of water half an hour before each meal; thus, the pancreas receives enough fluid to neutralize the acid digestive juices of the stomach as it enters the intestine.
Feeling of fullness or regurgitation and heartburn can thus be minimized.
If possible, avoid drinking immediately after eating; this will help your stomach to digest food more efficiently and faster.
If you add a lot of fluid immediately after eating, the gastric juices will be diluted, which in turn may hamper the digestive process.
Lack of water leads, as already mentioned, relatively quickly to lack of concentration and performance. Always drink when you are thirsty and do not wait until you have the time ... because when you feel thirsty, it is high time!
As during the metabolism in the human body carbon dioxide is produced as a "waste product", you should drink -if possible- water without bubbles. Since the body is anxious to quickly excrete this incompatible gas, we should not feed him too much bubbled-water. PS: The water in our body has not bubbles ;-)
You may have already heard that water should not be drunken ice cold. People who live in countries with hot climate do rarely drink cold beverages ... they prefer hot ones. And we can tell you why: If you sweat and you drink cooled beverages, your body wants to regulate his temperature and increases it "automatically". Result: you're sweating even more than before.
Our body performs much like a washing machine: the warmer the water temperature, the more efficient the washing process. Cold water can’t almost dissolve dirt. Water is therefore the best biological solvent for our bodies: it helps to clean our vessels and the cellular interspaces!
